Staying on top of the world of real estate is an important part of my job, which is also a way of saying I read a lot…A LOT. Now, while not everything I read would be a topic for introducing into casual conversation (unless I wanted to sabotage your dinner party), every so often I do come across an article I genuinely would like to share.
